We pride ourselves on excellent feeders, and prompt shipping. Every order is carefully packaged and shipped out.
Shipping Information:
We measure feeder insects by weight rather than exact count. This ensures consistent nutritional value per order. We calculate about 10% over count to make sure you get the listed number of live roaches in your order.
Orders are processed and shipped out Monday thru Wednesday.
NOTE: ALL ORDERS PLACED AFTER 12 NOON MOUNTAIN TIME WILL BE SENT OUT THE FOLLOWING DELIVERY DAY.
ORDERS PLACED AFTER 12 NOON MOUNTAIN TIME ON WEDNESDAY WILL BE SENT OUT THE FOLLOWING MONDAY…provided that the Monday is not a federal holiday. If so, your order will ship out on Tuesday.
We ship via USPS Priority Mail. While not guaranteed, Priority packages usually arrive within 3 business days once your order has shipped. Every order of our live products are shipped fully contained within a sturdy 32oz deli cup with lid (perforated for proper air flow), and supplied with pieces of egg crate and a few slivers of food (organic carrots or potato) for the journey. These are packed securely in a sturdy cardboard box. NO LOOSE ROACHES!
Shipping rates and destinations:
We ONLY ship to the lower 48 states, EXCEPT for Florida. All orders are sent 3 day priority mail using USPS. Priority shipping is flat rate of $15.80 and are automatically added to your order in checkout. You can view the reason we chose USPS in our FAQ.
Conditional Live Guarantee Policy:
We guarantee live delivery under normal weather conditions (your temperature between 40-85 DEGREES). If your temps are outside of this range, this guarantee will ONLY be valid on orders held at your post office for pickup. You must indicate “hold for pick up” at checkout.
If the conditions of the live arrival guarantee are met, and you receive a bad order, you must do the following within 2 hours of delivery.
We need pictures!!! One of the shipping box. One of the cup with the items inside and one of the contents poured out into a disposable plate. Pics can be sent to [email protected].
IMPORTANT TO ACTIVATE YOUR GUARANTEE:
We do not issue refunds if you change your mind or no longer need them.
We DO offer a replacement if your live order arrived dead due to shipping issues. In order to qualify for a replacement in a DOA case, the above conditions must be met.
